Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Stoke-on-Trent. This role will involve managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to expand our business.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package including health insurance, retirement plan, and wellness programs.
