Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our UK team and drive sales growth in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the UK market
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives
- Manage relationships with key customers, contractors, builders, distributors, and internal teams
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building products industry
- Strong knowledge of the European market is desirable
- Ability to work with technical drawings and provide accurate quantity lists for customers
- Proven leadership and management skills, with a focus on developing and inspiring high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits including a company car, pension, life insurance, and private medical insurance.
