A high-achieving Sales Manager is required to lead and develop a talented sales team in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the sales team, ensuring sales targets and objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with company strategies and marketing goals.
  • Manage and drive revenue growth within assigned territories, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

The salary for this role is £55,000 per year, with additional benefits including a company car, pension, life insurance, and private medical insurance.

Candidate Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales role within the construction or building products industry, with prior management experience being advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of the European market is desirable.
  • Ability to work with technical drawings and provide accurate quantity lists for customers.
