About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our internet sales division as a Digital Sales Expert. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service and securing sales, you will play a key part in the continued growth of our online business.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking online leads and building rapport with customers to secure sales.
- Preparing specifications and explaining finance quotes to customers using Listers rates and terms.
- Maintaining accurate database records and providing regular updates to customers.
- Seeking new business through prospecting calls to existing customers and new enquiries.
Requirements
- Sales experience, ideally in a dealership or online internet sales environment.
- Able to demonstrate a track record of achievement in both sales and customer service.
- Proficient in following a compliant sales process and communicating professionally over the telephone and via email.
- The ability to establish and build rapport with customers quickly.
Estimated Salary: £36,000 per annum.
