Digital Sales Professional

We are seeking a Digital Sales Professional to play a key part in the continued growth of our online sales division. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and professional individual who can help us achieve our goals in this rapidly expanding area.
The role will give you the opportunity to work closely with our team, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through our e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall online shopping experience.
You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity, using this information to inform your sales approach and provide insights to the team.
The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including remote working options, training and development opportunities, and a competitive bonus scheme.
