Job Description

The Technical Sales Maager role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the technical sales aspects, including segment, product line & technology packages.

You will work closely with Global Technical Sales Managers to advise and guide the technical aspects of the sales process. Your primary goal will be to build credible & strong relationships, supporting sales growth opportunities, and proposal development.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering, with 5+ years of experience in Engineering or Operations within the Oilseeds complex. A Master's degree is preferred, along with demonstrated sales support experience and strong competitive desire to succeed & win.

You must have high integrity and ethics, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure. Additionally, you should be a technology advocate with excellent customer focus and be able to communicate in English fluently. Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering
  • Master's degree (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Engineering or Operations within the Oilseeds complex
  • Demonstrated sales support experience
  • Strong competitive desire to succeed & win
