We are seeking a motivated and strategic UK Construction Sales Lead to guide sales strategies, lead a talented team, and ensure exceptional service to key customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, working closely with Area Sales Managers and internal teams to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with company strategies and marketing goals
- Manage relationships with contractors, builders, distributors, and key accounts across the UK and Europe, driving revenue, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies

Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the sales team, ensuring sales targets and objectives are met, and providing coaching and guidance to Area Sales Managers and inside sales personnel
- Manage and drive revenue growth within assigned territories, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to expand market reach

Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits including a company car, pension, life insurance, and private medical insurance.
