Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented National Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the UK construction sector. As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with company strategies and marketing goals
- Manage relationships with contractors, builders, distributors, and key accounts across the UK and Europe
- Provide technical knowledge and product training to sales teams to enhance their ability to effectively communicate product value

Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales role within the construction or building products industry, with prior management experience being advantageous
- Strong knowledge of the European market is desirable
- Ability to work with technical drawings and provide accurate quantity lists for customers
- Proven leadership and management skills, with a focus on developing and inspiring high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits including a company car, pension, life insurance, and private medical insurance.
