About the Role:

REESON Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 teacher to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with Autism and severe learning difficulties.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment;
  2. Develop individualised learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student;
  3. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective support systems are in place;
  4. Maintain open and regular communication with parents and carers;
  5. Contribute to the development of teaching materials and resources.

Requirements:

  1. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent;
  2. Have experience working with children with Autism and severe learning difficulties;
  3. Be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  4. Be passionate about delivering high-quality education to students with complex needs.

Salary:** £40,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
