We are currently seeking a highly skilled SEN Teacher (Severe Learning Difficulties and Autism) to join our team at a new independent school in West Drayton. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to creating a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
About Our School:
Our school provides education to students aged 5-11 who face significant challenges due to severe learning difficulties and Autism. We strive to foster an atmosphere that supports every student's unique needs and abilities.
Our facilities boast cutting-edge technology, including specialist sensory and therapeutic spaces, to ensure our students receive the best possible care and education. Situated in a spacious and environmentally friendly area, our school encourages exploration and outdoor learning.
Salary Range: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum. Your compensation package will be commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored educational programs for students with severe learning difficulties and Autism.
- Foster collaboration among teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure seamless student support.
