Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SEND teacher to join our provision in Bexley. The successful candidate will have a secure understanding of supporting young people with severe learning difficulties and be able to demonstrate high emotional resilience.

Job Description
In this role, you will design and implement individualised learning plans for students with severe learning difficulties. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the delivery of outstanding education and care. This includes collaboration with external agencies, regular communication with parents, and active participation in EHCP reviews.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons tailored to the needs of students with severe learning difficulties
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and carers

Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is £50,000-£65,000, dependent on experience.
