The Opportunity: Reeson Education is pleased to offer a KS1 teaching position at a special needs school in Lambeth. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder and severe learning difficulties, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized education plans for students
  • Collaborate with therapists and educational psychologists to provide comprehensive support
  • Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment
  • Evaluate student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
  • Engage with parents and caregivers to support student development at home and in school

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working in a special needs education setting
  • Strong knowledge of severe learning difficulties and autism spectrum disorder
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
