As a PMLD Educator at Reeson Education, you will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of children with profound multi learning difficulties (PMLD). Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver inclusive educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of students. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and educational psychologists, to ensure comprehensive support for students' growth and development. In addition, you will foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages social skills, independence, and engagement among students. To succeed in this role, you will require Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, experience working with PMLD students, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
