We believe in creating inclusive learning environments where every child can thrive. As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs.
**Salary:** £30,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
**Job Summary:
About the Role:- Work closely with students on an individual or small group basis to provide tailored assistance and support.
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Assist in tracking and documenting students' progress and development, communicating effectively with the teaching staff and parents.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, parents, and other support staff.
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to address the diverse needs of students.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in Special Education or related fields are advantageous.
