Thebridge School is committed to providing exceptional education and support to young adults with special needs. As an Inclusive Learning Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal.

Your primary responsibility will be to support learners' educational needs, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes. You will work closely with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans, leveraging your expertise in Makaton Sign Language and challenging behavior students.

Requirements
  • QTS / PGCE qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in working with challenging behavior students
  • Familiarity with the needs of autistic learners
