Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Inclusion and Support Specialist to join our team at Academics. The successful candidate will work closely with the Inclusion Manager to provide a supportive environment for pupils aged 3-11.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work effectively with the Inclusion Manager to set a positive example for pupils
* Log and track pupil progress
* Collaborate with the team to achieve school goals

Requirements:

* Primary school experience as a Welfare Officer or a desire to work with pupils aged 3-11
* Good academic background
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
