Senior Leadership Opportunity

The Empowering Learning school is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SENDCo to join its senior leadership team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading our Learning Development team to deliver high-quality support to students with SEN.

About the School

We are a popular school in Southwark, known for our inclusive and supportive environment. Our mission is to create a community where every learner can thrive and reach their full potential.

As SENDCo, you will be responsible for working closely with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with SEN. You will also collaborate with external partners to ensure the best support for our students.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience of working as a SENDCo or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with teachers, parents, and external partners.

Salary: £70,000 per annum.
