About the Job:

This exciting opportunity is for a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Severe and Moderate Learning Difficulties in Uxbridge. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working in SEN settings, including experience in a minimum of two schools supporting students with MLD or SLD.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading small group activities and supporting learning plans under the direction of the teacher.
  • Adapting lessons to meet individual student needs and promote inclusive learning.
  • Bulding strong, positive relationships with pupils to enhance their confidence and independence.
  • Providing personal care and support as required.
