Job Description:

Salary: £80-100 per day

We are seeking a Support Worker for Students with Learning Difficulties to join our team at an outstanding SEN school in North London. The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional support, either one-on-one or in small groups.

About the Role:

  • Providing academic support to students with learning difficulties and complex needs.
  • Implementing behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage focus and self-control.
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery.
  • Being aware of safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
