Job Summary:

Reeson Education is recruiting a KS2 Teacher to join our team in a special educational needs school in Lambeth.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children who have severe learning difficulties and autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support.
  • Create a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to teaching strategies as needed.
  • Engage with parents and caregivers to promote a sense of community and shared responsibility.
  • Lead a support team within the classroom to provide additional guidance and support.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of special educational needs, particularly autism spectrum disorder.
  • Experience working in a special needs education setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
