Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver personalized learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of children with Autism.
  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement, independence, and social interaction.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for each child.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality education and achieve outstanding results.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt strategies as needed to meet individual goals.

Requirements and Benefits:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with children with Autism and other SEN needs.
  • Strong knowledge of the Autism spectrum and effective strategies to support learning and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
