  • Experience with hotel booking systems such as Delphi and Opera
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required for client meetings or hosting fam trips, etc.
  • High standards of personal presentation and the confidence to represent the Hotel and its high standards
  • The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a friendly, warm, genuine, and approachable manner
  • Reliable means of transport to St Albans is essential
