**Electronic Devices Technical Support**

Paragraf Ltd is a growing company that specializes in high-purity graphene manufacturing and its applications in electronic devices.

This role assists the IT team in providing technical support for the use of IT systems and equipment to achieve the company's vision.

Key responsibilities include handling IT support requests, working on IT projects, configuring and deploying IT equipment, creating and administering user accounts, troubleshooting, and performing proactive maintenance.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science and at least 1 year of experience working in an IT support role, with familiarity with IT service desk ticketing processes, Windows 10, and Microsoft Active Directory.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, methodical approach to troubleshooting, and a proactive work ethic are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, understanding of IT Security best practices, and discretion when handling confidential information are also required.

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
