Aftersales Technical Support Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Aftersales Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Leidos Holding. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the correct operation and maintenance of company equipment and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff, customers, and users via various communication channels.
- Perform installations, equipment maintenance, and upgrades as scheduled or required.
- Develop, revise, and implement departmental policies and procedures.
- Support the Bedford training team and manage technical bulletin distribution and implementation.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent time management skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: MS Office, Windows Operating System, and Linux.
- Knowledge of electrics, electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical assemblies, wiring diagrams, schematics, and complex digital and analog circuitry.
- Experience with high voltage and X-ray producing equipment is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Completion of a technical trade school or military training.

- Full passport is required for international travel.
- Ability to obtain airside pass with 5 years employment references attainable.
- Travel of up to 50% may be required in the UK/internationally.
- May be required to lift heavy weights and work non-standard hours and travel weekends.
- Able to commute to Bedford.
Salary Range: The estimated salary range for this role is between £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
