About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our staff, customers, and users via various channels, including phone, email, and remote access.
  • Resolving complex technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support our customers.
  • Participating in on-call rotations and providing 24/7 technical support as required.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows Operating System, and Linux.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
