Technical Support Expert

A unique opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Specialist to join our team at Understanding Recruitment, a leading managed service provider in the Cambridge area.
In this exciting role, you will provide comprehensive Microsoft-based support across a wide range of clients, working 4 days a week at client sites and one day a week from our office in Cambridge.
To excel in this position, you will require experience in infrastructure (On-prem / cloud) as well as Office 365, Microsoft Azure, and Hyper-V.
This is a great chance for a skilled IT professional to further develop their career and showcase their technical expertise while delivering exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Key requirements include:
- Proven experience in 2nd / 3rd Line Support
- Strong Microsoft Azure skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Office 365 and Hyper-V
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced user support environment
