About the Job

We're seeking a skilled Technical Training Specialist to join our team at Find Your Flex. As a Customer Care Training Expert, you'll play a vital role in delivering comprehensive training to our Customer Care staff, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with our Customer Care Coordinator and Academy Consultants to deliver technical training virtually and in-person to our Customer Care teams.
  • Support the creation and implementation of foundational training programs using scenario-based learning.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of technical training and associated oversight activities.
  • Understand platform technology, including web functions and back-office systems.

What You'll Get

  • A non-contributory pension between 8%-12%.
  • A discretionary bonus, depending on personal and company performance.
  • 34 days leave per year (including bank holidays, pro-rated for part-time).
