Bookkeeping and Administrative Support Needed

HSB Technical is seeking a highly organized Bookkeeping and Administrative Support specialist to join our team. This part-time position requires strong administrative skills and proficiency in Sage50 software.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in accountancy or bookkeeping, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. AAT or relevant bookkeeping certification is desirable, as well as strong Microsoft Office skills.

This role involves providing administrative support for various tasks, including consolidating payroll hours, updating wages journals, processing invoices, and handling expense claims. The estimated salary for this position is £13.33 per hour, based on location and industry standards.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in accountancy or bookkeeping.
  2. Proficiency in Sage50 software is essential.
  3. AAT or relevant bookkeeping certification is desirable.
  4. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  5. Able to commute to Torpoint, Cornwall on a regular basis.
