You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance General Practice capabilities, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and deliver training programs to equip GPs with essential skills and knowledge for optimal practice management.
  2. Support practice managers and teams to navigate complex administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Advise on best practices for workload management, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services.
Estimated Salary: £85,000 - £115,000 per annum
