We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Support Manager to join our client's team in Bedford, a leading educational trust.

About the Job:
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and efficient communication.
  • Manage financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and perform month-end processes to maintain accurate financial information.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports, contributing to business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Facilitate audits, collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance and transparency.
Requirements:
  • AAT qualification or working towards, demonstrating a strong foundation in finance administration.
  • Demonstrable experience in finance administration, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Work Details:

Salary: £30,000 - £32,500

Location: Bedford

Type of Contract: Permanent - term time only

Hours: Full-time
