Job Description

This Technical Support Professional role is part of our Technology Operations team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT, with experience in networking, system administration, and customer support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain systems in a Microsoft client/server environment
  • Experience of supporting and maintaining systems within Azure and Microsoft 365 stack
  • Developing and maintaining documentation relating to network configuration and mapping processes
  • Communicate effectively with our user base
