About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Support Professional to join our Technology Operations Run team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a networking/IT environment, with a strong understanding of networking fundamentals and experience in monitoring/configuring/maintaining networking infrastructure.

You will work closely with business owners, product managers, and project managers to advise on the best use of existing systems and collaborate with the Change team to ensure seamless transitions into production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 stack (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Azure AD etc.)
  • Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management and continuous improvement in an ITIL environment
  • Experience with reporting technologies (PowerBI, SSRS) and/or MS SQL
  • Collaborate with the Change team to ensure smooth transitions into production
