About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Trainee Technical Support Professional to join our team and provide technical assistance in healthcare settings.

As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced specialists, developing your skills and knowledge over a 12-month training program.

Your responsibilities will include managing medical devices, providing client support, and promoting equipment functionality to enable staff to focus on patient care.

Requirements:

  1. Experience working in healthcare, preferably within the NHS or private hospitals.
  2. Familiarity with medical procedures and devices such as endoscopes.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
