About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at POST Recruitment. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and developing a strategic plan to drive sales growth and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Managers to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their performance and achieve their full potential
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to improve team performance
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to develop and implement a sales strategy and lead a team to achieve it
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
