Acorn by Synergie is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our client, a leading company in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a sales territory in the North East and North West England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage business relationships with key customers, including regular review of customer performance against targeted sales volumes.
  • Ensure sales plan targets are met, monitoring performance and increasing the share of spend for designated key accounts.
  • Provide regular reports on key account plan progress to the National Sales Manager/Sales Director.
  • Utilize a CRM system to track and follow up on leads generated.
  • Deliver customer training on product, pricing, and process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing an external sales territory.
  • Knowledge of builders merchants and the developer sector.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
