Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Verto People. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the Hydraulic sector via distribution channels and end users/OEM channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing relationships with key accounts within the Hydraulic sector
- Sell and manage various Hydraulic related products, including pumps, motors, hoses, valves, cylinders, power packs, gearboxes, and related Hydraulic products
- Maintain Hydraulic sales through demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation to achieve targets
- Work closely with the Service Department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided
- Liaise with various engineering departments to ensure seamless sales and service operations
Requirements:
- Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar within Engineering
- Experience selling or servicing Hydraulic equipment, such as pumps, motors, hoses, valves, cylinders, power packs, gearboxes, or similar Fluid Power products
- Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable engineering distributor
- A technical Engineering Degree would be advantageous
- Full clean driving license
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across the M62 corridor of the UK
