Job Summary

Fleming College is seeking a highly skilled Admissions Officer to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting academic documentation, evaluating admissions requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Using project management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to identify issues and determine possible solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in design, development, implementation, and evaluation of business rules and processes in a Student Information System.
  • Reviewing and interpreting academic documentation and evaluating against admissions requirements for a wide array of academic programs.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients from varying social, academic, economic, and cultural backgrounds.
  • Working in a customer service environment with sensitive and confidential information.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A three-year Diploma/Degree in Computer Programmer/Analyst or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of three years of work experience in the areas mentioned above.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid/partially remote environment.
