Learner Engagement and Enrolment Officer

Job Summary
The Learner Engagement and Enrolment Officer is a key role within Shaw Trust, responsible for the recruitment and enrolment of learners for various employability and skills programmes. This position requires a strong focus on building relationships with stakeholders, driving referrals, and maintaining effective working relationships to meet business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend in-person meetings with key stakeholders, such as job centres, to develop relationships and promote programmes.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with team members, management, clients, partners, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive referrals and ensure that referral and start targets are met for the required number of courses per region per contract.
- Provide an effective and timely service in the admission of learner applications onto Shaw Trust programmes of learning.
Requirements
- IAG Level 3 or willingness to work towards.
- Demonstrable experience of successfully working to targets.
- Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with databases.
Location
This role will be based in Cambridge and Peterborough, with the possibility of homeworking up to 5 days per week depending on business needs.
