About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team at Loadbalancer Ltd as a Channel Development Manager. As a key member of our global business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partner network.

Your primary focus will be on driving the growth of our channel program through strategic planning, sales enablement training, and partner onboarding processes. You will also oversee key accounts and identify new opportunities for expansion.

  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit and network with new partners.
  • Lead the partner onboarding process and provide ongoing support to ensure successful integration.
  • Design and deliver sales enablement training programs to equip partners with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Travel internationally approximately once a month to meet with partners and attend industry events.
  • Prior experience in channel account management is highly valued.
