We are seeking an experienced Hire Controller to join our team in Portsmouth Naval Base. As a key member of our operations network, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer experiences and contributing to operational success.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to convert inquiries into revenue. They will gain in-depth knowledge of our products and processes, forming close relationships with our operations teams to ensure customers receive what they need, on time and in budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering customer orders with great attention to detail to achieve successful outcomes.
- Collaborating seamlessly with operations teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
- Upselling and cross-selling effectively by being curious about our customers' needs.
- Assisting customers in navigating our digital channels for maximum convenience.
- Staying up-to-date with our products/services to maximise on sales opportunities.
- Handling all customer requests within agreed SLAs and supporting any logistics queries.
- Making recommendations to customers and supporting the ordering process.
- Coordinating third-party carrier movements to ensure timely deliveries.
