We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at ACS Performance.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be based in the local area and have a sound knowledge of the industry, with a focus on developing and supporting existing business while generating new sales opportunities.

A strong understanding of customer relationships, market awareness, and pricing strategy is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Travel to visit customers and the depot as required;
  • Proactively source new business and work as part of a team to achieve sales goals;
  • Support the Timber Manager in day-to-day trading activities;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments;
Requirements:

  • A proven track record of sales success;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong IT skills and ability to communicate effectively using digital formats;
  • A strong desire to succeed and develop a positive career within a forward-thinking business.
What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits and an attractive bonus scheme.
