The Head of Business Development will lead the commercial team at Gold Group Limited, working closely with the Senior Management to drive business growth and deliver results. The role involves overseeing £80m of business in the project area, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of operational and functional performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to maximise opportunities and manage business risk
  • Lead negotiations, develop pricing and business winning strategies, and obtain internal approvals
  • Manage complex domestic and export bids and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes

The ideal candidate will have an established commercial background within the military/defence sector, with a deep understanding of commercial principles, techniques, and practices. Strong analytical and numerical skills, proficient in Microsoft Office products, and confident presenting and communication skills are essential.

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000-£110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 14% pension, 25 days holiday, and free shares.
