Nocturnal Guest Services Associate

We pride ourselves on fostering a vibrant and inclusive workplace, offering a competitive wage of £11.75 per hour following a 3-month probationary period. Additionally, upon successful completion of our foundational training, you will receive a £50 bonus, and if you refer a friend, you can share a £100 reward.
Work Schedule: Your shifts will typically include weekends and bank holidays, starting at 11 PM and concluding at 7 AM.

In addition to these exceptional benefits, we offer a fantastic 'Take your family on a Daish's holiday scheme' for as little as £85 per holiday, which includes 4 nights of accommodation, meals, travel, and entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform front-of-house duties, including welcoming and assisting guests to ensure an outstanding customer service experience.
- Maintain the security of the premises during quiet hours, as directed by hotel management, typically through regular patrols and logging activities.
- Address guest requests to enhance their comfort during their stay.
- Be mindful of your working hours in accordance with the 17-week average rule.
- Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures, including guest health issues, fire safety protocols, and solo working guidelines.
- Adhere to the company's Health & Safety policies and assist colleagues in maintaining a safe working environment, including the 'buddy' contact process.
- Provide assistance to guests with their luggage when necessary.
