We pride ourselves on fostering a vibrant and inclusive workplace, offering a competitive wage of £11.75 per hour following a 3-month introductory period. Additionally, upon successful completion of the fundamental training, you will receive a £50 bonus, and if you refer a friend, you can share a £100 reward.

Our shifts include weekends and bank holidays, typically commencing at 11 PM and concluding at 7 AM.

Key Responsibilities of the Nocturnal Hospitality Associate:

  • Perform front-of-house duties, including welcoming and attending to guests' needs to ensure an outstanding customer service experience.
  • Maintain the security of the premises during quiet hours, as instructed by hotel management, typically through regular patrols and logging activities.
  • Address guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay.
  • Be mindful of your working hours in accordance with the 17-week average rule.
  • Be fully knowledgeable of emergency procedures, including protocols for guest health issues, fire safety, and working independently.
  • Understand and adhere to the company's Health & Safety policies, assisting others in maintaining a safe work environment, including the 'buddy' contact process.
  • Assist guests with their luggage when necessary.
