A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPING ASSOCIATE

Your responsibilities will include...

As a vital member of our housekeeping team, reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Executing cleaning responsibilities as assigned by management, ensuring exceptional standards are met.
  • Thoroughly cleaning each guest's accommodation while respecting their belongings.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to enhance overall performance.
  • Promptly addressing guests' special requests for items such as cribs, cots, and additional towels.
  • Alerting senior staff to any incidents that may impact guests or colleagues.
  • Assisting other departments within the hotel as needed.
