Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our staff and students, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with the coordination of events, meetings, and projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with our students, staff, and parents, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including student information, staff data, and financial records.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- GCSE grade C/4 or above in Maths and English.
- Business Admin Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- High levels of organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
