This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Practitioner to join our team at Livingstone Hospital, Dartford. As a Band 4 Associate Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Main ResponsibilitiesThe main responsibilities of this role include:
- Undertake blood tests as requested from registered clinicians/GPs/Consultants, following training in accordance with organisational policy.
- Ensure correct use of confidential information and sensitive data in line with Caldicott and Information Governance Policies.
- Assess needs and implement care for patients, utilising your knowledge and skills to provide high-quality care.
