Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our community mental health team in West London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients and contributing to the development of our service.

About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and providing evidence-based interventions. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues from various disciplines, including social workers, occupational therapists, and GPs, to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
Requirements- A registered nurse with experience in mental health or a related field
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Knowledge of current mental health policies and procedures
