Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Lead and Service Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contracted Key Performance Indicators and developing service improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical practice and service development, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you will need:
- Degree in Nursing or related field

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a High-Cost Area Allowance of £4,230 per annum (London Weighting).
