Job Title: Surgical Team Lead

Surgery is a critical component of ACES, our prestigious clinic in Dartford. As a Surgical Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we maintain world-class surgical standards.

About the Role

You will lead and support a team of surgery assistants, nurses, and surgeons to achieve clinical targets for Laser Eye Surgery and Intraocular procedures.

  • Foster an environment where surgical excellence is prioritized, with a focus on identifying and implementing systems to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Motivate the surgical team to meet clinical KPIs and treatment volume targets through effective leadership.
  • Support the team in efficient use of surgery time, maximising lists, and accurate timely reporting.
  • Manage Clinical Governance and HCC systems centrally, ensuring compliance.
Your Background

We seek an experienced leader with excellent communication and presentation skills. A proven track record of developing teams, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are essential. You should also possess:
